Concept and Key Principles of the Design: To produce natural, functional, light powdered beverages and food sweeteners and colorants inspired by traditional Turkish confections and syrups.
Materials Used in Production:
For Rose-flavored Turkish Delight Maternity Syrup: Stevia plant powder, cranberry sugar, water, cloves, cinnamon stick, galangal, ginger, linden flower, nutmeg, rose petals, rose water, diabetic rose-flavored Turkish delight
For Mesir Paste-Date Syrup: Licorice root, stevia plant powder, water, anise, coconut, civet, cumin, nigella seed, darfur clover, saffron, mustard seed, galangal, turmeric, ginger, cloves, cubeb pepper, cardamom, cumin
Techniques used in production: Both products will be prepared using the same method. The ingredients are boiled in water in a pot according to their type and cooking temperature, to extract their color, scent, and aromatic characteristics. The obtained liquid is filtered and then spray-dried into powder form. the powdered product is packaged in 10-gram paper bags and placed on the end of a wooden stick.
